The 2025 AAFCS Annual Conference is launched and available for download! Start planning your conference experience with the app. Check-in with exhibitors, connect with attendees, discover general and educational sessions, organize the schedule by tracks, post to the active feed, respond to surveys, view the listing of research posters and showcase entries, and more!

The Conference App is your one-stop shop for all important conference information! 

Step 1: Download the App

Follow the instructions below to download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
 

Apple Store: 

  1. Use this link to download OR 
    Type AAFCS into the app store.
  2. Download the app.

Google Play Store: 

  1. Use this link to download OR
    Type EventMobi in the app store.
  2. Download the app.
  3. The event code is AAFCSAC2025

Step 2: Log In

Logging into the AAFCS App, you will be asked to "Enter your email to sign up or log in"

It is very important to use the same email address that you used to register for the conference.

Create Your Password: If this is the first time you have logged in, it will prompt you to create a password.
Note: If you made an account for past AAFCS conferences, use the same password. If you forgot this password, you can reset your password.
Note: A password is required - when creating a password be sure to add a special character.

First time logging in? Verify your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered. Click the link in your email to join the 2025 AAFCS Annual Conference Mobile App.

Using the App

Access the Agenda from the homepage or the left-hand menu. You’ll find a list of all sessions, which you can view by Time or Track. Tracks help categorize sessions by topic, making it easy to find what interests you most.

Stay informed with real-time updates! Daily announcements will be posted here, including important event info, reminders, and on-site updates.

Join the conversation! Share your thoughts on sessions, community events, or anything conference-related. Your posts will be visible to all attendees.

Navigate the venue easily using interactive maps.

Connect directly with other attendees! Tap your profile in the top-right corner, then scroll to Messages to send and receive private messages.
